Erica launched Erica Sullivan Properties in 2017, specializing in the Downtown Brooklyn/Manhattan markets. Being a 51 year NYC resident enables her to deliver her personalized experience to each client.
Erica enjoyed a career in the fashion industry as model and muse, which allowed her to travel the world, work with top tastemakers, and enrich her deep knowledge of style and culture.
